Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


If you cancel your order before it get shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

If you want to cancel an order after shipping, you have to wait till the packet reaches you. Once the order get delivered, you may return it unopened within 7 days of receiving the shipment, in its original packing, for a refund excluding shipping costs.


If you receive a book that is damaged/ defective or receive a wrong book, feel free to contact us. The defective book  will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately. Replacement will be subject to availability of the same with Chintha Publishers.

If a replacement is not possible, you can go for refund.


Refund can be made in two modes.

  1. As store credit in your account with Chintha Publishers. This can be used to make payment in your next purchase. This is our default refund mode. Payments made through Money Order, Money Transfer, Demand Draft and Cheques will be refunded only through this mode.

  2. Back to Source. Money will be refunded back to the Card or Net Banking account that was originally used to make the transaction. Customers who used our digital payment gateway can request refund through this mode.

Once you request cancellation or return books, Chintha Publishers  will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund within 6 days, depending on your refund preference.
