Born on Ist November 1946 in Sooryakode in Kanyakumari District, Tamilnadu. Graduated from the Calicut University. Worked as Manager, Police Department; Secretary, State Social Welfare Board and Finance and Administrative Officer, Information Kerala Mission. Sri. Natesan has been a service consultant, specializing in Disciplinary Cases. Taking classes on KSR since 1972. Working also as guest faculty in the Institute of Management in Government, Kerala for the last 35 years and in the Academic Staff Training College, University of Kerala, Karyavattom for the last 6 years. Natesan has published several articles and short stories in periodicals. He has been contributing as a Columnist in Kaval Kairali, the official organ of the Kerala Police Association.
